This development chart accurately allowed me to do research and provide developmentally appropriate techniques to assist children in their emotional needs and implement the strategies based on their development.
Lab Activity 4- HDFS 5113
This assignment allowed me to put into perspective the different strategies of teaching children about their illness that is happening in their body. In this case, it was a 7 year old who was in the hospital due to COVID. The child has expressed their interest in soccer, which resulted me in making it soccer themed.
